Or... 58. Nothing matters~

This is a picture of me taken by one of my friends... that needs to get a DA file!

Anyway, I have a few different ideas for this kind of picture. I will take more I think...

Reason

The reason I took this picture is because I really believe everyone should be happy just as they are. But, sadly, not many people can look inside themselves and find the good. I don't know a lot of guys who hate themselves, but that doesn't mean that they aren't out there.

With girls they hate themselves for being too fat, too short, too ugly, and things like that. Just because the media tell us how to dress and how to act, it’s not right we shouldn't believe it.

I have known the feeling of total self-loathing, but now I just want to be me. So no matter what people say about me, I'm perfectly happy. I see no reason to change, just because someone else tells me to~.

National women day was a little while ago, there is some similarly themed work floating around as well, you should take a look. I like the pose by the way, if I can get around to it, I'll try drawing it (be afraid, be very afraid :)

Yea, I did hear about it. I just didn't get around to looking at/for anything... I'm a really lazy person. Even more so when I'm sick...

:clap: You go girl! Too bad I almost always feel awful about myself. I have low self-esteem from years of bullying or as I call it torture. Because they said mean things to me that no one should ever say to other people.

I know the feeling. I have had many people tell me horrible things. (In grade 8, and 9 people always told me I should kill myself, because I was to ugly :S )

But sometimes, you need to think about what your friends think. Then, whenever you are teased, think about the things your friends think! ^_^ That's what I do. Bullies don't have as much fun when it doesn't bug the person they are teasing. Try and keep a strong front! ^_^
